Do you find yourself getting passed over each time a promotion arises? Do you repeat the same patterns in the relationships in your life? Do you wonder why you seem to be stuck in the same place with no way out?
We are all in our own cockpit flying through this short stint we have on this planet and that flight path should be the one YOU want to take. Of course, there’ll be some storms along the way but part of the lesson is learning how to weather the storms and deal with the turbulence. However, what’s standing in your way is probably something you haven’t discovered yet. And that’s where the work comes in. Behavioral patterns are in our DNA and until they’re revealed and understood they will play out in our daily lives and we’ll pass them on to the next generation. But once you dig deep into your history, you will begin to find answers and doors will begin to open.
With three decades in national morning news broadcasting behind me and a career as a television executive, I’m putting my leadership and management skills to use. I've embraced a new chapter as a full-time leadership management coach transitioning from the fast-paced newsroom to in-depth one on one training to live the life you deserve.
As a certified Leadership Management Coach and Wellness Counselor, I channel my experience to guide individuals and teams toward success and well-being. This shift allows me to continue making a positive impact by empowering others to achieve their goals and navigate the complexities of life with resilience and forward-thinking.
I believe what keeps you from achieving your goals, whether it’s scoring that promotion, learning how to speak up, managing your money or moving on from a relationship, is often about what’s going on in your subconscious. We can make up all kinds of excuses about why we haven’t reached our potential or why we’re not feeling whole, but it is you who is in charge of your life and you who sits at the controls. We're all products of our experiences and conditioned to think or react in a certain way. We’re also often unaware of the behaviors that have resulted from our past experiences or that have been passed down to us. It’s common to find even a bad situation comfortable because it’s familiar and what’s familiar might seem easier to deal with than the unknown. But the unknown can take you to the most magical places, if you’re brave enough. Let’s go!
